      Products shipped from our international warehouse take 7 to 10 days to be delivered. If a product is shipped from our international warehouse you will be notified on the product page, on the cart page and during the checkout process. 

      There are no extra charges for accepting deliveries from our international warehouse.

      • 1. We typically cover any part which suffers from a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. 

      Not Covered

      • 1. We do not cover any part damaged due to improper installation, user damage, intentional damage or water damage. 
      • 2. We do not cover normal battery life deterioration. 

      Important Information

      1. Please be aware that we only accept returns if the issue with your LCD is determined to be a manufacturing defect. Due to our rigorous and thorough testing process, manufacturing faults are extremely rare.

      2. Before installation, you are required to perform a "soft fit" of the LCD and conduct a pretest. A soft fit involves connecting the LCD to the motherboard without removing any protective seals or plastic coverings, and without permanently securing the LCD into the device.

      3. During the pretest, you must verify the functionality of the LCD, by checking the display and touchpad for any defects. Only after successfully completing the pretest should the LCD be installed.

      4. If a defect is found during the pretest, the installation should stop immediately, and the issue must be reported to us without delay.

      5. If the LCD becomes defective after installation, it will indicate improper fitting, and the warranty will be voided.

      6. We stand behind the quality of our products and will honour any legitimate manufacturing faults. However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse or accidental damage.

      7. If you experience any issues with your LCD and suspect it may be due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email WhatsApp or our online chat. We may ask you to provide a video and/or images showing the issue.

      8. All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by our technicians to determine the cause of the defect.

      Step 1 - Contact Us

      In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your purchase please contact us by email or WhatsApp to request an RMA number.

      Step 2 - RMA Number

      We will assess your RMA request and reply to you within 24 hours.We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship back your item. Occasionally we may request some photos or videos depending on the issue encountered.  

      Step 3 - Return Item

      Return your item to our store. Items are shipped back at the customer’s expense. On receipt of the returned item, it will be examined by one of our technicians to determine the fault

      Step 4 - Resolution

      A replacement part, store credit or refund will be issued to the customer once the defect/fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue. 
      No refund will be offered for any item returned that is deemed defective due to any non-manufacturing fault

      Quantity discounts are available to both our retail and our trade customers. 

      Retail Customers - The quantity discount price is calculated from the retail price displayed on the product page. For example if you buy 10 batteries across our qualifying battery range you save 10% off the total retail price.

      Trade Customers -The quantity discount prices are calculated from our trade pricing once you are logged into your account. The quantity discount pricing is an extra discount applied to your trade pricing resulting in generous discounts. 

      For example - When you login into your trade account you automatically receive a 15% discount off our retail pricing for batteries. If you purchase 10 or more batteries from our battery range you will qualify for a further 10% off the total amount resulting in a total of 25% off your order total.

      The batteries can be mixed and matched. All qualifying batteries will have a quantity discount box on the product page.

      Batteries Explained 

      Our Batteries - Our iPhone batteries are manufactured from the best available components within phone repair industry. We continuously monitor the phone repair industry to ensure our products contain the most advanced components and latest technology. Our batteries are UN 38.3, CE, RoHS and CE Certified

      Battery Health Data - Upon replacement the battery health data is displayed on the following models - iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X. Battery Health data is not displayed for iPhone XR upwards to the iPhone 15 series. The only way to obtain the battery health data on these models involves soldering or the switching of the battery flex. Both of these methods require extensive technical knowhow. 

      Battery Calibration - For optimal battery performance, you must calibrate your newly installed battery. Firstly charge the battery until fully charged to 100%. Continue to charge the battery for at least 2 more hours. Then use your device until the battery depletes and the phone shuts off. Recharge the battery to 100% and your new battery is successfully calibrated.
