Whats Covered

  • 1. We typically cover any part which suffers from a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. 

Not Covered

  • 1. We do not cover any part damaged due to improper installation, user damage, intentional damage or water damage. 
  • 2. We do not cover normal battery life deterioration. 


Simple Return Process

If you are experiencing an issue with your order please follow the steps outlined in our simple returns policy.

Step 1 - Contact Us

In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your purchase please contact us by email or WhatsApp to request an RMA number.


Step 2 - RMA Number

We will assess your RMA request and reply to you within 24 hours.We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship back your item. Occasionally we may request some photos or videos depending on the issue encountered.  

Step 3 - Return Item

Return your item to our store. Items are shipped back at the customer’s expense. On receipt of the returned item, it will be examined by one of our technicians to determine the fault

Step 4 - Resolution

A replacement part, store credit or refund will be issued to the customer once the defect/fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue. 
No refund will be offered for any item returned that is deemed defective due to any non-manufacturing fault

Terms & Conditions

  1. Refunds - Any item purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Once the item has been returned and inspected by our warehouse team, a refund minus the original shipping costs will be issued to the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days of an RMA number being issued. 
  2. Items returned after 30 days do not qualify for a refund. Store credit or a replacement part will be issued or occasionally the return may be refused depending on the circumstances.
  3. Damaged Goods - Screenshelf will not be responsible for any item damaged due to improper installation, poor workmanship or intentional damage. Any item returned will be thoroughly checked by our inhouse technicians and RMA's will be refused if the item has been damaged as outlined above.
  4.  Screenshelf will not be responsible for any items damaged during transit to our warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is returned to our store safely and securely. We recommend any items being returned are fully tracked and insured.
  5. Replacement Items - These parts will be shipped at Screenshelf's expense and will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving the returned items from the customer.
